1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

White color clothing items are NOT accepted for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

3. Return Conditions

  • Items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible.

  • Sale or discounted items may not be eligible unless defective.

4. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.
